We cycle a lot in Shoreditch. It’s way faster and it’s healthy. People that we meet at properties are always pleasantly surprised and we get very positive comments. If the weather is realy bad we simply use a taxi. Cycling to and from work has a good effect on staff morale.

The PIQ requires you to confirm whether or not the electrical wiring system has been checked.

As far as we are aware and, having checked with the National Association of Estate Agents (http://www.naea.co.uk), it is not a legal requirement to have an electrical safety certificate.
