Location
The de Pont Bourguet, is in the undiscovered Tarn, one of the most beautiful areas of France.
Situated an hour (70km) from Toulouse the capital of the Midi-Pyrenées region, where one can take the TGV or plane, and some forty minutes from the historic town of Albi. Pont Bourguet is in the 'Gaillacois' wine producing area of the Tarn, and within the 'route de Bastides', the fortified villages that dot the vineyards. The nearest village with a restaurant is Larroque (4KM). For a larger selection of amenities and shops one must go to Gaillac (24KM).

The Château
Hidden away on its grounds next to a meandering river, the château de Pont Bourguet is a haven of peace and tranquillity. Built in the 1850's the château is composed of large, light filled rooms. It has recently been fully restored retaining all its original features whilst adding the comforts demanded in a modern home. It is decorated in a pared down mix of French antiques and comfortable contemporary chic.

Accomodation
On the ground floor there is a huge (80 square metre) living room with large, comfortable sofas and an open fireplace. There is a smaller TV/living room and here is also a large office with high speed internet access.
